StreamRival provides interactive trivia overlay tools for live streamers using platforms such as TikTok Live and OBS. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

StreamRival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
